The only (and big) problem is with the "pillow" that inflates along with the mattress. It's really narrow and ends up feeling more like a speed bump than a pillow. And if you are a stomach sleeper like I am, it makes the mattress really uncomfortable. If they would have left this a flat, normal mattress, it would have been 5+ stars.
